Joan Mir, the 2020 MotoGP™ World Champion, pays tribute to the legendary Kevin Schwantz, who won the 1993 MotoGP™ World Championship with the Hamamatsu-based manufacturer, on the helmet worn by the Spanish rider at the 2021 Grand Prix of the Americas in Austin , Texas.

A special graphic combining the distinctive stars and stripes of the American flag with the number 36 of the current world champion, here designed in the style that has always distinguished Kevin Schwantz's number 34 during races.
