PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. Bogusław Liber Ewa Liber, with registered office in Krakow, as a personal data administrator of the online store wsm24.pl, makes every effort to ensure that the personal data provided by Users are protected against unauthorized access and are processed in accordance with the law and within the scope of the consent given by the User. The Administrator complies with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883 as amended). It fulfills the obligations arising therefrom imposed on it as the Administrator of personal data, with particular regard to the rights of Users to inspect their own data, to demand their updating and deletion, and the right to object in the cases specified in the provisions of the aforementioned Act.

2. The information contained in the system logs may contain various data, such as IP address. The user agrees to their use only for technical purposes and to collect general, statistical information. The above data may be made available to entities authorized under applicable laws in case of violation of the Administrator's rights, attempted hacking or other actions to its detriment.

II. COOKIES

1. The online store wsm24.pl uses cookies, i.e. text files saved on the User's computer, identifying him/her in a way necessary to enable certain operations. Cookies are used for:

1. adapting the content of the sites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the site; in particular, these files allow for recognition of the User's device and appropriate display of the site, adapted to his individual needs;

2. The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's device. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the User's device. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and to customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the device and the assigned value.

3. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

1. session cookies: they are stored on the User's device and remain there until the session of a given browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

2. Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.

4. The User has the option to limit or disable the access of cookies to his Device. If this option is used, the use of the Store will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

5. In many cases, web browsing software (Internet browser) allows the storage of cookies on the User's terminal device by default. Users of the online store wsm24.pl can make changes to their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about their placement on the User's device each time. 7. The Personal Data Administrator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the websites of theWind-Snow-Moto s.c.Internet Store .

III. PERSONAL DATA

1. Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. as a personal data administrator reserves the right to process Users' personal data for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and to send by Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. to thee-mail address provided by the User during registration, informational content and content of commercial information originating from the Administrator or its partners, after the User has given his consent. The purposes and scope of the processed personal data are determined each time by the scope of the consents and the completed data, in particular those sent via appropriate forms.

2. Users' personal data will be processed for marketing purposes and for the legally justified purpose of Wind-Snow-Moto s.c., i.e. direct marketing of Wind-Snow-Moto s.c.'sown products or services ,as well as for informational, statistical, market research and research into Users' behavior and preferences, with the results of such research being used to improve the quality of services provided by the Administrator of personal data in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Provision ofServices.

3. TheUser's personal data and other information contained in the registration forms will be used by Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. to conclude, change, terminate the agreement with the User and to provide services, including the transmission of information and communications concerning and related to the services provided, including information and materials related to the subject matter of the wsm24.pl Internet Store.

4. The provision of personal data and consent to their processing is voluntary, but the lack of consent to the processing of personal data marked as obligatory will prevent Wind-Snow-Moto s.c . fromproviding services and executing contracts .These consents can be withdrawn at any time, by sending such a request to the e-mail or local address of Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. given in the Regulations.

5. Thedata is shared only for the purpose of order processing and electronic service contracts (Courier Company and Online Payment Operator providing services toWind-Snow-Moto s.c.). Personal data collected by Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. may also be made available:

- appropriate state authorities at their request under the relevant provisions of law,

- other persons and entities - in cases provided by law.

6. Sharing of personal data with other entities may take place only with the prior consent of the User to whom the data refers.

7. The User has the right to control the processing of the data to which he/she is subject, contained in the datasets, and in particular the right to:

1. toaccess their personal data, to complete and correct their data by submitting such a request to Wind-Snow-Moto s.c,

2. request temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected,

3. object to the processing of their personal data - in cases provided for by law - and the right to demand their deletion when they become unnecessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

8. Entrusted personal data is stored and secured in accordance with the principles set forth in the applicable laws: the Act, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).

9. Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the data from being disclosed to unauthorized persons, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of the Act, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.

10. In the event that Wind-Snow-Moto s.c . becomes awareof the User's use of the service provided electronically contrary to the Terms of Use or applicable regulations (unauthorized use), Wind-Snow-Moto s.c. may process the User's personal data to the extent necessary to determine its liability.
